The Sheridan Green community is located between Westminster Blvd on the west and Sheridan Blvd on the east between 112th Ave and 108th Circle on the south where it borders the north end of the Westminster Promenade. North of 112th Ave running up to 116th Ave., still from Westminster Blvd on the west to Harlan Street where it runs into Ryan Elementary School and the Arrowhead community on the east.
Sheridan Green contains two parks, Sherwood park in the north section and Stratford park in the southern section. Strategically located, Sheridan Green is surrounded by all the amenities and shopping centers a person could need. Also nearby is the Westminster Rec Center and Promenade.
Sheridan Elementary is located on Harlan street for the community south of 112th and Ryan Elementary School north of 112thAve. The Middle School is Mandalay, and High School is Standley Lake.
There are 1624 homes located in the Sheridan Green community. Starting in the area south of 112th Ave. the first homes were built in 1974 and began north of 112th Ave in the early 1980’s, with construction continuing through the late 1990’s. These homes of all styles range in size from 744 to 2600 above ground square feet. Prices in the first half of 2013 range from the upper $170’s to low $300’s.
