The community of Torrey Peaks is located between Sheridan Boulevard and Gray Way. Located north of the Arrowhead community running from 115th Avenue to 118th Avenue. Torrey Peaks shares Ryan Park with the neighboring Arrowhead community at the southwest corner of the community.
Another thing shared by the two communities are the schools. Located in Jefferson county, the public schools for students in this neighborhood are Ryan Elementary, Mandalay Middle school, and Standley Lake High school. Some parents we spoke to in the neighborhood choose to send their students to nearby Academy or Jefferson Academy charter schools.
This community is within walking distance of several shopping centers with everything one would need for everyday living, and centrally located between I-25 and Highway 36 for easy access to Denver, Boulder, as well as the northern cities of Longmont and Ft. Collins.
The 557 homes in the Torrey Peaks community were built between the years 1987 and 2000. Sizes vary from 1386 to 2363 above ground square footage, and prices range from upper $100ís to lower $300ís in the first half of 2013.
