There is something for everyone in one of Westminster’s newer neighborhoods, Westcliff!
The Westcliff community is located in central Westminster running from Church Ranch Boulevard between Old Wadsworth Boulevard and Westcliff Parkway on the north end to 96th Avenue on the south, and from Old Wadsworth Boulevard on the west along Westcliff Parkway almost to Westminster Boulevard to the east.
With its close proximity to the Boulder Turnpike (I-36), travel to Denver, Boulder, or other Denver suburbs is very easy. But you don’t have to go far for fun as the Westminster Promenade, an entertainment and dining venue, and the Butterfly Pavilion, are just a few blocks away. And, if you enjoy an active lifestyle, the Westminster Recreation Center, Sun Ice Arena, and Dry Creek Trail are right in your own backyard!
Students living in the Westcliffe subdivision attend Semper Elementary School, Mandalay Middle School, and Standley Lake High School, all as a part of the Adams 12 school district. Most of the homes in this 710-property community were built between 1981-1999 and home prices range (in 2013) from $200,000 to $450,000. The Homeowners Association is managed by MSI and current information regarding homeowner dues and covered services can be found by calling MSI at 303-420-4433.
